This article is for customers who already have a PARKS DIRECT account and need to add additional family members to their household.

Follow the steps below to add a new member to your household:
- Navigate to pgparksdirect.com.
- Click Sign In / Register in the top-right corner.
- On the Web Login screen:
- Enter your Username and Password
- Click the green “Login” button
- Once signed in:
- Click your name and household number in the top-right corner
- Under My Account, select:
- Household Account Management
- On the next screen, select:
- Household and Member Update
- On the Household Update screen:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Click the yellow Add New Member button
- In the Additional Family Member section:
- Fill in all required fields
- Click the green Save button
- You will be returned to the PARKS DIRECT home screen after saving.
After adding a new household member, you may need to verify their age to ensure eligibility for certain programs.
- Household address and residency status will automatically match the primary account holder
- However, age verification is still required for participation in age-restricted activities
