How to unsubscribe from Marketing Communications

Currently, the help desk cannot make these changes for you. If you wish to unsubscribe, just follow the process described below.

1. Log in to your Parks Direct account.

2. Navigate to the "My Profile" tab under "My Account".

3. Under "Account Details" uncheck "Subscribe to Future Marketing Communications".

4. To confirm your change, click on "Update Details".
