How to view your account's credits/balances

Log in to your PARKS DIRECT account and go to Current Balances to view your balance and credit in just a few steps.

Log in to your PARKS DIRECT account.

Select Login on the upper-right corner of the PARKS DIRECT home page. Enter your username and password in the login window. Select the Login button

You’ll find My Account on the navigation , select Current Balances under the History & Balances section.

PARKS DIRECT will bring you to the Current Balances page, which shows your balance.

Credits on your account are on the Current Balances page. Any outstanding balances will also appear in Your Balances list.
