How to view your account's credits/balances

Log in to your PARKS DIRECT account and go to Current Balances to view your balance and credit in just a few steps.

Go to, and sign in to your PARKS DIRECT account.

Select SIGN IN on the upper-right corner of the PARKS DIRECT home page. Enter your username and password in the and then select the Login button

Select your name on the navigation bar then Current Balances, under the History & Balances section. PARKS DIRECT will bring you to the Current Balances page, which shows you your balance.

Credits on your account are on the Current Balances page. Any outstanding balances will also appear this list.
