Log in to your PARKS DIRECT account and navigate to Current Balances to view your balance and credit.
Go to https://mdpgparksweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac, and sign in to your PARKS DIRECT account.
Select SIGN IN on the upper-right corner of the PARKS DIRECT home page. Enter your username and password in the and then select the Login button.
Select your name on the navigation bar, then Current Balances under the History & Balances section. PARKS DIRECT will bring you to the Current Balances page, which shows you your balance.
"Future Balances" and "Pay Old Balances", the next two options under the "Current Balances" option on the History & Balances menu, can be used for viewing and resolving outstanding payments from the past or coming up in the future.
Credits on your account are on the Current Balances page. Any outstanding balances will also appear this list.
