How to reset your PARKS DIRECT password

Go to PARKS DIRECT

Go to https://mdpgparksweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac and select SIGN IN on the upper-right corner of the page.

Next, select the second link below the Login button.

Enter your account's email

Enter your email address in the box and check off the reCAPTCHA. You can then select Submit.

If PARKS DIRECT doesn't recognize your email address, you will not be able to access your account online.

You will receive an email with the subject “WebTrac Forgot Password Email” that contains a link for you to reset your password. The link will open a new web page.

Create a new password

You may now create your new password. Once complete, you will see a message that says Password reset successful and you can log back into your PARKS DIRECT account.
