Prince George's Parks and Recreation hosts ticketed events throughout the year. Below, you'll learn how to buy your tickets online with PARKS DIRECT.
Sign in to PARKS DIRECT and go to Ticket Search
1. Go to https://mdpgparksweb.myvscloud.com/webtrac and sign in to your PARKS DIRECT account.
- Select SIGN IN on the upper-right corner of PARKS DIRECT's home page. Then enter your username and password in the boxes. Lastly, select the Login button below the Username and Password boxes.
Some tickets don't require a PARKS DIRECT account, and instead, you can purchase tickets as a guest.
2. On PARKS DIRECT's navigation bar, select Browse > Ticket Search. You'll find Ticket Search under Tickets on the Browse menu.
3. On the ticket search page, you can narrow your search results by using the filters (Begin and End Date, Type, Location, Keyword, etc.) located on the left side of the page. When you're ready to see your results, select Search on the bottom of the page.
4. Browse your search results, and when you've found your desired ticket, add the ticket to your cart by selecting the green Add To Cart icon.
1. Enter the number of tickets you're purchasing in the Quantity box and select Continue.
2. Check the checkboxe(s) under the PARKS DIRECT member(s) attending the ticketed event.
You can purchase some tickets as a guest, in which case you don't need to select family members.
However, if PARKS DIRECT requires you to register, select MY ACCOUNT > Household & Member, and select the Add New Member button at the bottom of the page.
3. Answer any requested questions.
4. If there are additional items with fees that you'd like to add, select the checkbox under add and then select Continue.
5. Review the tickets in your shopping cart, then select Proceed To Checkout.
6. Move down the page, fill in the required customer and payment information, complete the captcha, and select Continue.
1. If your ticket has assigned seating, you need to move down the page and choose your seats by selecting a seat on the seating chart.
- Highlighted green circles indicate available seats
- Highlighted yellow circles indicate available seats with limited mobility access
- Highlighted red circles and white circles indicate unavailable seats
2. After choosing your seats, select Add To Cart on the pop-up banner.
You can purchase some tickets as a guest, in which case you don't need to choose the PARKS DIRECT family members who are attending.
However, if PARKS DIRECT requires you to register, select MY ACCOUNT > Household & Member, and select the Add New Member button at the bottom of the page.
3. Check the checkboxes next to ticket admissions (adult, senior, student) and enter the number of tickets you're buying in the Quantity boxes. Ticket prices may vary by age.
4. Review the ticket(s) in your shopping cart, then select Proceed To Checkout.
5. Move down the page and fill in the required customer and payment information. Complete the captcha. Then select Continue.
