How to update residency status, upload age and residency verification documents
Updated onArticleMany classes, events, and rentals on PARKS DIRECT have different fees depending on where customers live. Prince George's County and Montgomery County residents pay a discounted resident fee, 30 percent less than the non-resident fee. Anyone residing outside of the two counties pays a non-resident fee.
To be eligible for the discounted resident fees, you must first verify your residency and age.

How to pay a park building's and picnic shelter's security deposit
Updated onArticleAll park building rentals require a $200 security deposit, and picnic shelter rentals require a $100 security deposit. Security deposits are returned about two to three weeks after the rental date and following a passed inspection.
