How to cancel an activity, reservation, course, or membership
Updated onArticleYou can withdraw from an activity online or at any staffed facility before the activity starts. However, if you withdraw within seven days of an activity's start date, you must contact the offering facility. This requirement ensures that facilities can properly manage activity expenditures, staffing quotas, etc.
Before the activity begins, you can usually switch to another one that's hosted at the same facility by visiting the facility in person without penalty.
Registrations done in error for all programs may be transferred or withdrawn online or in person without penalty on the same day.
