Log in to PARKS DIRECT
Go to www.pgparksdirect.com, and sign in to your PARKS DIRECT account.
Select Login on the upper-right corner of the PARKS DIRECT home page. Enter your username and password on the login window, select the Login button.
Go to the Childcare Tax Receipt/Statement page
To obtain a tax receipt for the previous calendar year(s), select your name from the top right corner. From the list of drop-down options, select Childcare Tax Receipt.
You will be taken to the Childcare Statement page, where you'll see options to select the appropriate tax year. You'll also see options to include subtotals for each month and member totals.Select the options as desired.
Once you're ready, select Submit, and PARKS DIRECT will send a copy to your primary email address on file.
